Earth to City of Laredo Vehicle Operator: 4 Way Stop Instructions

To the driver of a city of Laredo Utilities Department vehicle at the intersection of Bartlett and Hillside at 8:10 a.m. this morning.  You sir (it was a man) need to learn the traffic laws before you start honking your horn at innocent old ladies.  You obviously are not aware of the driving rules (that are the same in every state in the Union) that when two or more vehicles arrive at a 4 way stop signed intersection, that the vehicle on the right has the right of way to proceed through the intersection first.

Now, if you are aware of the law and still deemed it necessary to honk at the little old lady in the Chevy, then you don't know your left hand from your right hand.  .

Or, as a third possibility, you fall into the category of Laredoans who feel their time is more important than everyone else and that everyone must get out of their way when driving.

I will leave it to readers to figure out which one you are.  No matter which, you sir are a disgrace to the city.  Learn how to operate the vehicle we a paying for you to drive.
