From the Bin Laden Compound by ABC News |
It looks like President Obama is looking to Hollywood to improve his image. The defense department is working collaboration with film director Kathryn Bigelow. She was the director of the film the “Hurt Locker” which won several awards.
Now this movie is supposed to come out in October 2012….just in time for the presidential election in 2012. Congressman Peter King (R) is calling for an investigation. The whole thing sounds like a giant campaign commercial for Obama. Bet he is shown to be the “cool, engaged, leader, driving force, and faux general” all at the same time. In the movie, I would even bet he plans the raid, trains the special forces troops and improves their rappelling skills. If Hollywood really does a good job, heck, the president might even be seen riding in the Pave Low helicopter during the raid.

Congressman Calls for Investigation Into White House Aid to Bin Laden Raid Film
By Matthew Sheffield | August 10, 2011 | 16:05
Is the Obama Administration inappropriately disclosing classified data to movie producers in the hopes of getting a film about the killing of terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden released before the 2012 election? That is the question that Congressman Peter King (R-NY) is asking after word got out that the White House is giving inside information about the military raid that killed bin Laden earlier this year to the creators of the Oscar-winning film "Hurt Locker."
Being slightly paranoid is like being slightly pregnant - it tends to get worse.
